亞洲國際房地產投資展覽會MIPIM Asia公佈第二屆MIPIM Asia大獎得獎名單

香港2008年11月21日電 /美通社/ -- 中國、印度及韓國項目於第二屆MIPIM Asia 大獎中脫穎而出。MIPIM Asia大獎旨在表揚於亞太地區最創新之地產項目。

來自4個國家的項目裡包括了MIPIM Asia大獎的所有獎項。今年大會加入了由MIPIM Asia入場人仕投票的環節。評審團先於9月中旬挑選後圍競賽的項，目再於3日會議展覽期間供入場人仕投票。

評審團主席Redero Asia Limited執行董事Robert Lie博士表示：「第二屆MIPIM Asia大獎得到了好的反應，來自各地的項目均踴躍參加。評審團需要在芸芸眾多的亞太區高水平的項目中篩選，今天獲獎的項目就是高質素亞太地區項目的较佳證明。

MIPIM Asia大獎今年收到起過70個參賽項目，評審團於9月中旬為競賽項目挑選了共20個入圍名單。
