台北2016年10月27日电 /美通社/ -- Analog Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADI) 今日宣佈收購 Innovasic Inc. -- 一家確定性乙太網路半導體和軟體解決方案的領導廠商。此次收購完成後，ADI 公司可掌握一整套多重協定工業乙太網路解決方案，並為適用於工業自動化和工業物聯網 (IoT) 的 ADI 智慧自動化解決方案產品組合增添關鍵的配套技術。

目前，工業自動化市場正逐步從串列現場匯流排向乙太網路連接轉變，同時，工業物聯網日趨普及，敏感的工業自動化應用亟需高度可靠的即時乙太網連接。ADI 公司收購 Innovasic 後，可立即為客戶提供一整套針對工業乙太網路應用的創新解決方案，同時打造業界较佳技術藍圖，以滿足工業物聯網等未來連接需求。這些解決方案將進一步完善 ADI 公司現有的高性能工業自動化解決方案，包括軟體可配置 IO 、現場儀器設備、高效伺服驅動系統等。
