香港和新加坡2023年4月5日 /美通社/ -- 納斯達克上市公司AGBA Group Holding Limited(「AGBA」「匯邦」)今日宣布於2023年4月5日訂立一份買賣協議,收購Sony Life Financial Advisers Pte Ltd -- 一家在新加坡獲得正式許可的財務顧問和保險經紀公司。AGBA連同其子公司統稱「AGBA集團」或「匯邦集團」,為一家總部在香港的領先一站式金融超市。
AGBA集圑在中國大灣區提供廣泛的金融和醫療保健服務,深受超過400,000名個人和企業客戶的信賴。AGBA集團擁有一系列獨特兼互補性的業務,結合市場領先業務與新興業務模式,為龐大的專屬客戶群提供服務,並通過不同的B2B和B2C分銷渠道,引入各種創新的金融及醫療產品和服務,為公司業務帶來增長。
是次收購不單標誌AGBA發展的重要里程碑,更能為AGBA的保險及金融科技業務帶來豐厚回報,以及在亞洲主要市場擴展業務。儘管AGBA主要業務聚焦大灣區,包括香港和澳門,不過選擇新加坡,是因為當地是享譽全球的創新、商業和金融中心,人均收入排名世界第10,是儲蓄率最高的國家之一。
