意法庭豁免貝盧斯科尼與MEDIATRADE案件所有被告

米蘭2014年7月29日電 /美通社/ -- The Wiltshire Group of Companies 今天宣佈，經過長達約兩年零六個月的審訊及由2005年10月展開、長達近九年的調查，負責處理 "Mediatrade" 訴訟的米蘭原訟法庭 (第二部份 刑事)，於2014年7月8日就所有被告人的全部控罪判處無罪。有關被告人包括兩名香港女商人陳美瑤及許美琼、Pier Silvio Berlusconi、Fedele Confalonieri、Daniele Lorenzano、Gabriella Ballabio、Giorgio Dal Negro、Giovanni Stabilini、Paolo Del Bue、以及美國制片人 Frank Agrama。由陳美瑤女士擁有的 The Wiltshire Group of Companies 包括 Wiltshire Trading Limited Hong Kong、Harmony Gold Limited Hong Kong 及 Melchers Limited NV。
