摩科瑞簽署10億美元亞洲循環信貸協議

新加坡2014年11月21日電 /美通社/ -- 全球能源和大宗商品交易公司摩科瑞能源集團（Mercuria Energy Group Ltd.，簡稱「摩科瑞」）共同宣佈成功簽署由38家銀行共同參與的10億美元亞洲信貸協議。

十家委任牽頭安排行兼簿記行包括：澳新銀行 (Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited)、三菱東京日聯銀行 (The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.)、星展銀行 (DBS Bank Ltd.)、Emirates NBD Capital Limited、第一海灣銀行新加坡分行（First Gulf Bank PJSC, Singapore Branch）、中國工商銀行 (Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd)、荷蘭商業銀行（ING Bank N.V.）、蘇格蘭皇家銀行 (The Royal Bank of Scotland plc)、法國興業銀行 (Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking) 和三井住友銀行 (Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation)。

2014年11月18日簽訂的協議包括授予 Mercuria Energy Trading Pte. Ltd. 和 Mercuria Asia Group Holdings Pte. Ltd. 為期364天的6.22億美元循環貸款（含擺動額度和離岸人民幣提款選擇權）以及為期3年的3.78億美元循環貸款。

摩科瑞會將所籌資金用於一般企業用途以及為該集團即將到期（於2013年11月30日簽訂）的5.3億美元364天及4.7億美元3年期循環貸款安排再融資。

此貸款於9月17日推出，期後在迪拜、上海，臺北和新加坡各地舉行銀行會議，且獲大幅超額認貸，總承諾金額超出初始融資額60%。
