華為SD-WAN連續三年蟬聯Gartner Peer Insights 「客戶之選」榮譽稱號

中國深圳2022年5月10日 /美通社/ -- 近日，著名分析師機構Gartner頒布2022年Gartner Peer Insights廣域網絡邊緣基礎設施「客戶之選」，華為SD-WAN以評論數131條，評分4.9分（總分5分）連續3年蟬聯此項殊榮。同時在中型企業市場、亞太區域和EMEA（歐洲，中東及非洲）區域也榮獲客戶之選稱號。這些榮譽稱號，體現了全球客戶對華為SD-WAN的充分肯定。

截至2021年12月31日，來自全球金融、製造、公共服務等行業的客戶，從產品功能、部署運維、服務支持等多個維度，對廣域網絡邊緣基礎設施的產品與方案進行了綜合評估。Gartner將「客戶之選」稱號頒發給獲得客戶評價高的供應商，從而幫助相關領域的企業IT決策者做出更明智的購買決策。與以往不同，Gartner根據用戶興趣和採用（X軸）和總體評級（Y軸）首次將WAN-EDGE評選結果分為四個象限。華為在用戶推薦意願方面獲得100%好評，總體評價以4.9分位居榜首。評選結果充分體現了全球客戶對華為SD-WAN的產業地位、部署規模、成熟商用的高度認可。

某交通行業客戶對華為SD-WAN評價到：「我們很高興我們最終選擇了華為SD-WAN，根據部署以後的結果，華為SD-WAN可以提供非常穩定、安全、智能的網絡連接解決方案，他們的LAN-WAN融合方案幫助我們節省了大量的OPEX。」^[1]

來自金融行業客戶也對華為SD-WAN方案及服務給出了非常滿意的評價：「華為SD-WAN團隊非常專業，響應速度很快。華為SD-WAN團隊總是能給我提供非常快速的響應和很好的解決方案，華為提出的解決方案對看網絡質量非常有幫助」。^[2]
